BTW i gave a try to swap off melee splash for multistrike on map clear ( skeles - brutality - frenzy - minion damage - impale - multistrike ) and found out its really not worth it, skeleton's build-in splash too weak on high tier maps and splash gem doing a very well.


Yes, I use splash for clear - swap to multi for bosses only.
the people dropping frenzy, doesnt that make your map clear significantly worse?

also can someone post their life based tree with ahn's heritage and whatnot? id love to try that out.

So you would need to annul two amulets to only have respectively +1 to skeletons and +1 to intelligence gems. Then consume one item with an awakener orb and use the orb on the other item which at the same time rolls 2-4 modifiers. Think I will need to find a video as it seems a bit confusing to me and also expensive to mess up.

That's the gist of it... there are some guides on reddit, and I think some streamers livestreamed how to do it a couple weeks ago, before they bugfixed "Prefixes/Suffixes Cannot Be Changed"... for awhile there was a bug where you could carry over a bunch of T1 prefixes OR suffixes with that added on the other side... people were printing mirror-tier items...

Now there's actually a new bug as a result of the fix, I think, where the new exalted orbs ignore crafting mods entirely, including the ones that are supposed to restrict the mod pool (Can't roll attack modifiers, etc)

Definitely research before risking your orbs...


I'm fairly sure that the restrictions on Cannot roll attacks, etc. not working are fully intended by GGG at this point due to the small size of the new influence mod pools and the Prefixes cannot be changed bugs you talked about above

I haven't noticed my map clear speed much worse. My skeletons do enough dps that I'm constantly moving and recasting as it is.
...Been lurking on this thread for the past 40-50 posts. Thank you everyone for posting items/gems/ideas! It's been helping me progress farther than I have in any league before!

I didn't notice any difference at all from dropping feeding on skele link really. When leveling it was great but I just have so much minion movement speed in endgame that I didn't even phase me.

You can click on my char if you wanna do the full life switch over. It's what I currently run. I have it on public. Do note that I PATH to Indomitable Army. You absolutely 100% need this if you're running T14+s, just like the main build. Otherwise your minions die and you lose dps / survival trying to cast them all the time. I played around with pathing and anointing quite a few different combo's on the tree and this was the best combo I found by pathing to it and anointing Death Attunement when doing a life switch over. It saves you 2 points, still offers a DPS boost with the impale switch over, offers minions plenty of survival now and provides you with a big survival bump.

Great build. Having a bunch of fun with this.

Can anyone tell me why I'm not allowed to craft Minion damage on this wand? The bench tells me I already have a mod of that type. (Even with the attack/cast speed removed.

Increased spell damage shares a slot with Minions have % Increased Damage

I've really not noticed a difference in clear speed. I had to drop new skellies all the time anyways when clearing to keep up with how fast they were killing.

How do I increase my survivability? I feel like I get randomly one shotted by metamorphs in T16 with 6k life 2k ES with glorious vanity and 1.5k mana with MoM..

Atleast with my Vortex low life char i can survive it and my damage is enough to kill it quickly.

Also what are improvements I can make in general other than quality and 21 my gems? I know most of my gear is very basic since I just needed this character to deal with elemental reflect that my other character can't deal with but I like this build but wan't to try and improve it

Chaos res. They mostly seem to have lots of chaos damage in high tiers which just eats through everything if you're not at least 40%+. This is a good league to really try and hit chaos res cap tbh. It stops them from chunking you so hard.
