Seriously get your shit together. Stop producing new expansion and challenges leagues so often and finally fix your game. From latency problems, frame rate drops to poor trade system that needs finally some work done.

If all can abuse, there is no abuse.

1.) GGG failed to QA properly, that much is obvious.

2.) Chris reacted and pulled the recipe too late, economy already reked. Do your own search to see.

3.) People with lab farming builds are reked (not me, but plenty others)

4.) The 0.01% who used this recipe profited while everyone else will never be able to profit from it. Story of every single damn new update/league/whatever. Loving this league so far. But I do agree with your duplicate item sentence though. Rocking 3 sin chest pieces and 2 gloves. I only opened like 15 boxes haha. They should atleast implement a "salvage" option that gives a special currency to use on a different set of MTX.
