Also, despite this whole fiasco being, well, a fiasco, the over-reaction is real :D. While i understand the pain of lab-farmers, they're probably the ones that'll get hit the most by this - and it won't even be this hard, as i'm sure the lab will still be profitable, and the duped enchants will dissipate over time. There aren't millions of them out there, people.

If anyone thinks that there aren't millions of these enchants and armors sitting on mule accounts they have never seen old D2 dupers and how fast they can move with access to more resources in guilds.

What about all those split elder opals, elder six linked items, etc. Also all those split enchantments. Dammn. You gotta do something.

Something has to be done or else you just gave the 0.01% that did abuse it quite an unfair advantage. Tag those items, destroy them, add a requires level 111 or something. Pretty sure you guys can figure it out and find every single item created from the blood alter using splits.

Feels pretty bad to have a lab runner starter build :< Well, I guess it's better for me that I didn't have too much time to run maps and find all trials to seriously farm Lab. Dedicated Lab Farmers should feel awful by now.

I guess rollback is unrealistic, even more people will be mad.
I don't even know what's the best way for GGG to handle this shitty situation, obviously they will ban these guys who duped, but the economy is already destroyed.

This wasn't a bug. This was a beastcrafting recipe.

The beasts needed for this recipe were clearly more common than GGG intended, but still, there's no way in hell there were millions of them running around. Not even between multiple people.


Also, hey, re-enabling the recipe in it's original rarity and only disabling the bug that allowed for shaped\elder item duping is actually a cool idea to solve this mess :D. The league's economy will be fucked, but at least it'll be fucked thoroughly and tremendously, with 6ls and divines being cheap as dirt.

Then again, for the people who think that this option'll please most everybody: anyone who's made\planned on making a lab-runner this league will probably be super mad if GGG goes for this option :D.
