No. i think something like marking the monster with the net before fight would be better solution tho. And when you drop its health it's caught.
That way you still need to slow down your play a bit to aim, but not too much, and after marking you can freely use your op skills. Say no to Shabby Jerkin.

I made a glacial hammer inquisitor, i though the freeze would be a nice defensive mechanic that would help me catch rare beasts. The build completely flopped, not because it was a bad build but the 30% cull on frozen targets autokills the new beasts before i can even get them anyway near being catch-able. It may seem like a stupid oversight now but its completely fucked me over.
i am against the roadkill nets for thematic reasons. would the 3 second window thing allow me to throw a net on a 50% HP target then dps it down without killing it within the 3 seconds? also i play every league with my brother, and beast catching in a party is horrible. imo it was a mistake to make the poll public and/or declare what % are needed to make the decision. which makes for a lot of alt accounts/vote botting...
you couldve kept the results hidden until the end of voting OR not tell whats the threshold number until the end. for everyone to see the votes %, see how far they are from the 'goal' and be able to manipulate it enough wasnt the best idea Last edited by grepman#2451 on Mar 5, 2018, 1:20:50 AM
