I think you need make capture window not only on the nets. You need capture window on the beast itself.

When they HP down to zero - they play specific animation instead of death that last about 2-3 seconds. In this time you can throw a proper net and have a 50% chance to capture the beast. If you good to react - you have a chance. If you not - they die as usual after animation end.

Of Course I talked about specific bestiary beasts and not about a common one.

As RF player I vote "Yes, Rare" it's frustrating when you throw a net and all mobs died already :/
Sacrificing something thats already dead?
could be a nice idea when in group to get all party members have the capture as soon as one was able to get it
Voted No, but if you could only capture common (white) mobs to complete the bestiary and not craft with (other than the leveling items), I would be ok with that.

No way. Netting as is adds a new type of encounter to the gameplay, was that not core to your intent in designing this league? Blows my mind you would consider this.
