Just run by the beasts and ignore them. Or better yet, kill them like everything else. It's optional, OBVIOUSLY. Jesus, dude. Why do you care so much about what other people play? I understand why people want changes now. It's the only new content they have. If this goes core you'll have the next league's mechanics to fuck with and can go on like it never happened.

I say no. With a 3 second window already, that should be enough even for culling type of builds. They're pretty tanky so I don't think offscreening them will be as easy, plus they have a map indicator so we know when they're there. If there is plans to change I would suggest something along the line of giving the beast an exhaustion phase once their hp hits 0 for like 2-3seconds where you can net him during that time but after that phase it'll die and you can't net it. That's about it. Oh and the shear amount of mobs it spawns is really annoying for capturing beast.
This league is fun :)

If its yes or no at the end... doesnt bother me at all ;)

Exactly. All of those people claiming they'll quit the league over this makes me laugh. They'll still be here completing challenges after the dead nets are implemented when they see that the sky is not falling in Wraeclast.


Change nothing. The people who are crying that they can't catch stuff (For one reason on another) "They'll still be here, completing the challenges, after seeing the dead nets are not impoemented". Period.

Also saying that "you just have a choice not to use that net" is B.S. . If something so gamebreaking and ridiculing the entire leagues mechanics gets implemented, everyone will have to use it to keep up, else it's just being outright stupid. You're naive if you think ppl will "play without it". IF it's implemented I'll use it too, and I'll hate every single second of that non-sense, because the entire soul of Bestiary league will be DEAD (which I suppose is fitting for the birth of the ROADKILL league).

me and my friends quit the league at day 1 because of how bad the whole trap mechanic is to play with, I assume we aren't the only ones
I don't think you should be able to capture dead mobs, at all.

The point of capturing monsters is if they're alive, plain and simple.

Otherwise, it's just 'Nuke everything to oblivion (as it is now) and capture whatever we want afterwards'.

I rather enjoy that I have to take it slow to capture tough mobs and not utterly destroy them.
