Exactly. All of those people claiming they'll quit the league over this makes me laugh. They'll still be here completing challenges after the dead nets are implemented when they see that the sky is not falling in Wraeclast.

Your polling method is classically biased toward a "yes" vote. It assumes that anyone who would vote "yes" would vote yes under either condition (more rare, less rare) it fails to account for those who would vote for "yes, less rare" but prefer "No" if "yes, less rare" does not win. You just arbitrarily throw their votes to the other "yes" column, and vice versa.

Scrap this poll, start again with a balance poll. For example:

Yes?

No?

then sort out the drop rate yourself like you always do, for everything else.

Very disappointing.

It just sounds dumb. Who the hell throws a net on a dead beast? Its dead. The net is not needed its not going to run off. Sounds so freaking dumb.

It does fix the issue: would you let you capture the beast if a desync or net skill glitch occured during combat. I'd rather have a fix now rather than later. And of course I'd rather have the proper fix instead of dead nets, but GGG didn't give us that voting option for alternate fix. I agree with you that dead nets are not the proper fix, but it still fixes the problem nonetheless.

it does not make sense to capture dead monsters, it also benefits only those who run high levels and finish the league in 1 days, only to make money/currency later, the system loses its meaning and the game itself, with respect to the critique that is a pokemon, that argument does not have intellectual honesty, it's only because of a brain indoctrinated by marketing (boter community), to capture things is older than pokemon.-

Nonsense. This is a league mechanic that is not working for many builds. This is not some sort of sea-change philosophy that requires the entire game to be rewritten.

Yaeh, it is not like certain builds were excluded from really participating in Breach right ?
As much fun as breach was, the difference in clearspeed between builds became very apperent here. Fast clearing build would not only get at least 2-3 times more loot(most importantly breach uniques and splinters) from breaches, they would also encounter way more breaches because of their speed. It became even worse with the breachlord domains, where some build could never do the breachlords, because they weren't able to expand the breach far enough.

Similiar things hold true for Abyss and Harbinger, luckily not to the same degree.

The main difference to this league is, slowing down is possible with only changing your playstyle in certain circumstances, but speeding up is just not possible for builds that focus on different options.


This poll will have a long lasting ripple down effect. It will basically force GGG to reconsider all future game mechanics. And everyone who prefers slower builds now is in their full right to expect beeing catered to in the same way the zoom zoom crowd is. Basically most future features will have to be normalized in regards to there efficiency, regardless of your clearspeed.

I know a lot of the zoom zoom players will argue against it, but that proves that they are hypocrites if they do.
The Bestiary league proved once and for all, that GGG only listens to crying instead of well thought out criticism.

Change nothing. The people who are crying that they can't catch stuff (For one reason on another) "They'll still be here, completing the challenges, after seeing the dead nets are not impoemented". Period.

Also saying that "you just have a choice not to use that net" is B.S. . If something so gamebreaking and ridiculing the entire leagues mechanics gets implemented, everyone will have to use it to keep up, else it's just being outright stupid. You're naive if you think ppl will "play without it". IF it's implemented I'll use it too, and I'll hate every single second of that non-sense, because the entire soul of Bestiary league will be DEAD (which I suppose is fitting for the birth of the ROADKILL league).
