You will know your Hillock is uber when you hit him and nothing happens to his health. You can see that the sword in his chest is different. When he pulls it out he gets all green and huge.

You are not unlucky. I think that until you reach level 8, your odds of getting uber Hillock are really low.

" 7 used to be the norm, now it's 8. 9 make's you a member of the Twilight Strand Level 9 Beach Club (I have 6 exiles in that club). Level 10 is... for masochists and fools. Highest I've ever had to go (I have farmed 19 Oni swords to date) is 6% into level 9. If I ever have to go past 10% it's time to say "uncle" and quit seeking UH for this league. Damn Uber Hillock is tough, even for a level 8 Marauder Heavy Striker. So much HP and he hits hard too. He probably has more HP than Merveil... Now I can begin Legion properly. P.S: yeah level 8 seems to be the norm right now. Alva: I'm sweating like a hog in heat

Finally met Uber Hillock with my level 7 Duelist. I'm extremely pleased, as it was my first run this morning and it happened to the character I was going to play. A very good way to start a day (:
