Poet's Pen not casting 2nd attack when getting fractionally close to 4.00 APS

Im sitting at exactly 4 APS with Frenzy - many of you posting how VD or unearth skips procs, but i have problem with Frenzy (its my attack spell for procing poet's), i have 4 APS and i cast Frenzy only 2 times per sec (it should be 4 times right?) - so it seems when is CD on spell socketed into poet's pen it also put cd on my Frenzy - just for info, my both poet's pens have same attack speed.
When i unsummon light. golem im at 3.86 APS (or something like that, but its under 4) and my Frenzy starts to be again smooth casting and no issues. I thought that it doesnt matter if my Frenzy have 3.70, 4.0 or 9.0 APS, cause im only limited in 4 procs per second on spells socketed into poet's pens, but i shouldnt be limited how often i can cast Frenzy right? You aren't going to get an answer. GGG will never say anything other than "soon". Asking is pointless.

Looks like they have removed the Poet Pen issue from the known issues post...

Hopefully we'll see this pop up in the next patch notes.
Sadly, I stopped playing league when I found this out, a couple weeks into the League. Probably won't play next league if this still broken. I want to push the limits with Poet's Pen and possibly even Cooldown Reduction. |
