Found a bug in the matrix

Is there a limit to an elder presence this? yes, I believe I broke the atlas. Elder influence is 35-38 maps Could be a new bug and it's not an isolated incident

So I defeated the guardian..my hard work to keep my atlas in check has been turned upside down.


Is the elder worth it? If you dont' care atlas shaping mechaincs..then yes.


For me, he's not worth the effort. to manage the maps..keep a section of the atlas for your farming maps. The other for just shaper for my own sanity

Well i restarted the atlas, and getting back to square one. Cleaned up the guide and formatting etc.

Alright back from my errands and started to see how fast I can get the guardians to pop again. And surprisingly, they spawn fast if you focuse on expanding shapers influence. I guess it's on farm mode.

First, thanks for the infos, makes it somewhat clearer. But losing the progress by "mapping wrong" I don't really get, though.
I've had the Elder in Thicket (T6) and done the Shaper influenced map Arachnid Nest (T7) adjectent to it and when I finished the boss the elder presence gone back to T5 instead of taking over the T7. How's that working? Was it the wrong map that I've done?

I still dont really get it.

And people thought the changes to DoTs were complicated.

This seems like one of the biggest noob trap ever. Some people will profit greatly from this, a lot will literally be penalized by these mechanics.

- You're centainly right. It will "force" people to pick up maps and by a map stash tab (wink wink GGG)
- Having a shaped atlas is not as fun as before because you can miss out on alot of content.

Gotta pick your battles i guess.

I am now Lvl 87 in the Abyss HC League, cleared all Maps up to T8 and want to start the Shaped Strats, but nothing happens...

Cleared the Maps around the Shaper Influence, no Elder Ground Spawns. Cleared out a few Shaper Influence Maps, nothing happens.
There is such a good Content in this Season, but i cant get Access to it... Try out tommorow a few more Maps, then quit this League.

New and fresh Atlas Mechanic are very nice, but no Info about the new Mechanics are awful... i play actually around the new Season Content. :(
