New quest - Queen of the Sands - Bug (?)

If it's a standard character, you may have gotten the skill point from another quest. If you type /passives, it tells you where you got passives and which ones you are missing if you are far enough along in the game. I think in act 10 is when I saw that it told me which ones I was still missing.

Quest sill seems bugged...
Shakari is stuck and doesn't do anything. Can't even kill him:-((

Just crush when i enter oasis.

Confirming - quest is still bugged. Stuck on the "Use the bottled storm to clear the sandstorm in Vastiri Desert" stage. Cleared sandstorm multiple times, bottle still in inventory, no quest advancement.

QUEST IS NOT BUGGED!
You need to clear sandstorm blocking the way to Oasis.

NOT kill monsters again near the small altar which drops Storm Blade (that's the pre-quest for Queen of Sands)...

I cannot actually get the bottle from Petrus and Vanja.


I have been to the little bridge and it has told me to find a way to clear it. But where I would usually get the bottle there is no option this time.
