Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1) - New quest - Queen of the Sands - Bug (?) - Forum

I should also add that when i type in the /passives commander it says that I was awarded one passive point from Queen of Sands, but I wasn't. I still have my passive respec and had made one level from 88-89, so I had one more passive point that I had been staring at for a week. I should have +2 points with my passive respec. Is it a pre-3.1 character? Then you don't get an additional skill point, cause you already got it, if you have done the old "Storm blade" quest. I have "The Storm Blade" quest completed (i don't know when and how), but i still have active quest: "Queen of the Sands". I can't access The Oasis area and i didn't got any quest item required to open the way (to clear the storm). I have that quest uncompleted and can't travel to the Oasis. I did talk with Sin and Petarus but i didn't got anything from them required to fix this... Any suggestion what to do?
