That's the thing though, it got me to watch some POE streamers, but it feels sort of like an underhanded bait this far into it. I'dve probably been more receptive to help them spread word if they asked me to spread word and awareness willingly, instead of the lotto thing.

This isn't going well. Should of been a higher "drop" rate. Feel like you are not rewarding people enough for their efforts.

I feel like the drop rate resets back to 0% when a streamer disconnects. Been straight up watching streams since they announced this and no drop. If I don't get one tomorrow think I'll just stop it, waste of time to be honest for a hat.

The drop rate isn't cumulative so yeah.

Its roughly 5.75hrs for about 50% chance and about 38.25hrs for 99.0%.
And this is the average. Of course it's possible to go far beyond these numbers or below them (basically RNG).
