Finally Some Performance

Well... I don't even know what to say to this.

To that I say "WOW... GGG wants PoE to be old school arpg but fucking old computer super low res in order to play is fucking shit!". We don't want no stinkin retro graphics to make PoE play at an acceptable frame rate. GGG has got to bite the proverbial bullet and pour resources into significantly improving performance. Lab traps is the epitome of fps performance failures.
"You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration.

Better rig

Better rig

It's the same goddamn game. Playing through the same areas killing the same kind of mobs using the same skills and now get small stutters when killing all the mobs which wasn't the case before.

Didn't have problems shooting magma orbs all over the place before 3.0 arrived.

Hyperbolic statements don't help your argument. I have a nearly 7 year old PC I built running a GTX570 that still plays the game well enough. I don't retire computers, it is tertiary in my line of computers :). You can never be too careful.

Because of that, I wonder if specific configurations or components are the issue (Like the AMD GC issues).

I can tell you despite nothing with my rig changing. 3.0 harshly lowered my fps.

Clearly user specs are not the only reason for performance issues.

Oh, I have no doubt that a specific release changed the dynamic of what works and what does not. I'm with you on that.
Hey guys, so I sent some e-mails and after a while I got a reply from a company, and they gave me this laptop that they were going to throw it away. It came with a shi*ton of viruses and alot of other problems. I'm fixing it atm and I'll update you guys when its done, though I doubt it will be able to run PoE, it is worth the shot.

No good, this pc is trash. But at least I can use it as an extra monitor \o/.
