With a bunch of vaal nonsense, it can make some really high gem levels.

LV 21 Gem (vaal corrupt)
+1 for being in red socket
+1 to gems socketed in chest (vaal corrupt)
LV 23 Skill Gem.

Add in:
LV 4 Empower (vaal corrupt)
+1 for being in red socket
+1 to gems socketed in chest (vaal corrupt)
Adds 5 levels to supported skill.

For a lv 28 Skill gem.
