3.11 -- Righteous Fire Juggernaut / Chieftain (Outdated and Abandoned)
" that mod doesn't work with degen skills like scorching ray
" Scorching ray has the tag "Modifiers to Spell Damage apply to this Skill's Damage Over Time effect", is traditionally supported by efficacy and controlled destruction, and maybe more importantly the mod effects its tool-tip in game so I don't think that's true. |

" I just tested it out, and it does buff the damage. Sorry for bad information. I could have sworn i've read a while back that it didn't work. Regarding the cost, i don't know, but i imagine it's really high. Ele focus is a rare roll. It takes around 200 alts just to get it once. But here you are looking for ele focus, this mod, AND other mods need to roll right as well for it to be worth it. Aetheric fossils are 4c a pop, which doesn't help. You can improve the odds by using Prismatic fossils, but they are 3c. The cool thing about Prismatics though is that they can also roll "(40–60)% increased Elemental Damage" prefix mod. So you could potentially get a pretty sick sceptre. I don't think it's worth the cost though, unless you are balling. Last edited by rhah on Mar 15, 2019, 12:16:26 PM

this build can make hydra minotaur quimera and phoenix?
| |
" as the title already says, this build can do everything (and that quite easy/safe with decent gear)
I'm currently at 1k life regen and I've run out of passive nodes how are people getting so high like 3k?
|
|
" You have Kaom's sign and not Kaom's way rings Belly instead of Kaom's No marble amulet No elder % recovery belt No watcher's eye All of these things add up for the high regen that you see on other characters. You will get there eventually. Just keep snagging upgrades as you can. |
|
" You can change Shield Charge with Leap Slam when entering. also you can use [Shield Charge] - [Leap Slam] - [Faster Attacks] - [Fortify] as a 4 link and remove [Blood Magic] if you are lazy :)
I have vitality and purity of fire on and that leaves me with enough mana to run arctic armor. Does that do anything for us? Will that reduce the amount of fire damg we inflict on ourself?
|
|
" no, since RF does not hit |
