3.11 -- Righteous Fire Juggernaut / Chieftain (Outdated and Abandoned)
Sorry about asking for help but I'm having trouble with regen this league. I've done rf multiple times before and never had any trouble getting it started once I hit 65. It is currently degening my health quite a bit any tips? PS: I broke the bank getting resistance capped.

Is there anything we can use to get around the dream corruption? I know alot of builds are using flame dash or lightning warp, but we are so locked into all of our gems really.
(Side note I used this build for the first time last league, primarily Golemancer prior to it and I hit lvl 100 for the first time, thank you so much for this guide!) | |

i'm trying to understand Swift Affliction vs. nearest non-horror alternatives, and could someone confirm or correct me on this breakdown:
you can get +10% more damage with swift affliction, but you'd get 49% more aoe and a longer vaal RF if you go efficacy/inc aoe? i tried to break down damage from skill then damage from +quality -- it assumes you have a helm with conc effect and burning damage as that seems to be ideal ( helm: conc effect, burning damage gem1: vaal rf, gem2: ele focus: 59 % 49+10q gem 3a: 34 % efficacy, 24+10q gem 4a: 10 % inc aoe, 0+10q (with 49%+ aoe) vs. gem 3b: 54 % swift aff, 44%+10%, high dex req gem 4b: 0% arc surge, but allows swift aff I think that i'm messing up by not considering additive vs. multiplicative. I checked the breakdown chart in the first post, but it says Inc Aoe gives 0 damage when it can give +10% inc aoe damage -- was this quality buff changed and not updated or am i missing something here too? | |
" That's the issue. More is different from increased. Former is multiplicative with each other, the latter is additive. That's why i didn't include increased multipliers in that chart, they just don't matter that much. swift + arcane = 44% more efficacy + inc aoe = 24% more so you go swift if you want damage over aoe, and efficacy if you'd rather have more aoe | |
Hey I'm playing the build and really enjoying it this league, sitting close to 3k net regen. Damage is getting a bit low in t15+ so I'm looking to craft a new scepter (currently using a balefire lul).
I'm wondering if anyone has tried to get the Aetheric 40% more damage to socketed gems mod in addition to the Elemental Foccus shaper mod. Is this a realistic goal and if so should I just use Aetheric fossils or should I use others in addition to block certain mods? Any advice is wonderful. Cheers |
