Quest: The Kings Feast is skipped

I have started the quest to kill Kitava somehow without having first done the quest where you fail to prevent his summoning.
It seems as though I have skipped the quest entirely, as I cannot find Utula in the Ruined Square even if I have killed everything in the area.

I completed the rooftop and the quest for King's Feat told me to go to Ruined Square even while I was in Ruined Square. I couldn't find it before and I thought it was bugged. But found him afterwards in Ruined Square.

Exactly the same for me.

Same thing. Here's the bug report on it even.

I didn't try and skip it, I was forced too because the game isn't recognizing that you are in the zone and doesnt' spawn the quest mob to fight. I'm now into ACT 6, restarted game, came back same thing. I've recreated the a new map zone from every entrance point and full cleared it before this.

I have skipped the Quest to. Im in Act 7 now and i still have the Quest "The King's Feast" open. The Questlog tells me to go to the Runined Sqare and kill Utula but there is no Boss at all in this Area.

Same, quest couldn't be complete.

Can't complete the quest. No quest mob in square. Full clear.

Edit: made new instance, found him. I think the bug comes from the fact that you can use the same instance of ruined square both before and after you receive the quest.

I had the same problem, with the quest to kill Kitava appearing before killing Utula. However, I reset the instance, and despite the quest still telling me to "go to ruined square" when I was there, I eventually did find Utula. I killed him and the quest completed as normal.

it seems i have the same problem so now i still need to kill utula to get"Kill each of the following Unique Monsters" Completed.
