Sao Paulo Server latency

Every day I want to play, but the server say NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

How difficult is to use a MS Azure or Amazon AWS instead of this basement server GGG is hiring?

SP server is eating maps now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You open the map, play some
the game crashes you are disconnected,
login again, return to your hideout and all portals are gone

Every league start is the same, impossible to play on the SP server.

please stop asking us to winmtr, CLEARLY the problem is on your end as Ive been saying the past entire year

Every single internet provider in the whole fcking South America has connection problems and routing issues, so please post your WinMTR people, since their server clearly isn't the problem here.

Was so hyped to grind all day this holiday/weekend... But now after losing five maps in a row to these disconnection issues I don't even wanna open the game.

This problem does not only affect the gaming experience, it affects the trust in the company by not being able to bring a solution to a problem that has been constant lately. It is clear that in days of more activity as today the São Paulo server does not work properly.

I do not think I'm going to buy that Dreadforge package I wanted so much. It does not make sense since I will not be able to play.

Just unplayable. Lost 3 maps for crashing and loosing my instance. Almost giving up on this league...

Same here, latency is over 100ms today. And I had problems during log in.
