Sao Paulo Server latency

Today the server is unplayable. It is a pity that the gaming experience is ruined in this way.

Thank God i decided to play softcore this league.

I find funny AF how the server is unstable AF in weekends and holidays, but GGG will keep claiming its a connection issue LOL

I'm getting the 'operation timed out' error constantly. If I even manage to log in at all.

Yesterday the servers were working fine, so to speak, but today it is simply unplayable.

My game rolled back 2 times, i've lost skill gems and items...
even maps, quest mission and experience beacuse of erros wtf is going on???????????????????

Weekends/holidays are hell here.

We've lost connectivity between Sao Paulo and our backend in the states, which has hosed the gateway. I've moved capacity over to some backup servers until this gets resolved.

OMG guys, please just change this host. 8 Maps lost already, cause Br server is working sooooo bad. No need to put a WinMTR when the game itself is telling me that server is not responding, like, come on.

I was gonna ask if the server was still shitting itself but it seems it is. Gotta give up for today I guess

GGG dont care South American people.

We want be competitive, is impossible with this servers.

But the pay for new wings, that works fine!!!!
