Its been rly hard to play with this latency. Any news on the issue? 3 days already...

i always buy supporter packs to help, but GGG aren´t listing to us, i´m already playing other games, too bad.

I've sent GGG as winmtr log yesterday. it's been like this for the last 4 days, it sucks to play with that ping. Let's hope they fix this problem

I have the same problem, I sent a ticket for support.
 Seems to problem the softlayer server route. I noticed that discordApp also uses this softlayer server, it has high ping.

So, same here... I was about to create a thread, but soon as I went here I noticed this topic.
São Paulo(BR) Server -> Unplayable. My ping is 16ms on HO, then I open a map and it goes to 16~290ms. Unplayable. I'm HC player. Can u fix this server GGG plz?????? I just made a speedtest on my connection: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/6426278735 6ms. Nothing wrong here.
