Sao Paulo Server latency

My normal latency is 17
Playing from the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Vivo Fibra 200mb
Starting at around 8 PM every night and lasting until ~11PM.

My normal latency is 17

- Argentina.
- Fibertel.
- Happens arounnd 20:00 pm to 1:00 am and sometimes starts earlier. ( GMT -3 time zone)

Posting on this thread again to say that around 2:40 PM local time today I started experiencing higher latency, which is an unusual time for this to happen.

I ran WinMTR again and these were the results:

I noticed that this time the higher latency started on a networklayer host, which was not the case before (see my previous post on this thread)
