just in case anyone is curious, I am currently working on a version of this that may be viable for league, though it is not cheap in any way.
I am using the skeleton loop combo again as it is jus much more fun.

Please note however that I am using legacy ES gear on a high level character.

On league, you will only be able to get about 300 es helm, the armour will have 100 less ES, and the shield will have roughly 70 less ES.

estimated 270 base es difference using league gear. However, you can replace the spectre boots with high es boots (200+ES with resists)

you also lose 12% ES from 2 legacy Energy from Within Jewels.
