Developer Questions and Answers

0) Why there is no sound effect when we failed to place a totem? (It should have at least when it is because of the terrain)

1) Why the aura toggle off feature has any mana requirement? We could remove the gem, no mana required
for that. It is just plain annoying.

2) Is there any point to keep the skill/refund point books in inventory and not to use them right away?

3) Why the quest items occupy any space in the inventory? No need to see them. The quest texts are informative enough.

4) Why we cannot purchase level 1 gems? Siosa could sell it in our hideout.

5) Should we get a category for the Mystery Box in store?

6) Could we get a Soul capturing gem (white) for spectres? We could store a spectre in it. Rarity in loot could be like chaos. We may sell the filled/captured spectre soul gem.

7) Should we get an open stash button when we in town? Why we must go to the stash?

How will you deal with resistances as there will be no difficulty curve reducing them? Will you just lower experience all around? or at specific acts add in a resistance - curve?

is there even a point in asking questions..?
they'll pick all the easy ones and completely ignore the real questions like usual..

while we're at it we could even turn on the TV and watch mainstream media,
different means, same result.

I'm going to be a cry baby casual and ask for more tools to help lower skilled players like myself and players with less time to play, complete the game.

Something like rested experience would be great for trying to catch back up to the players that can play for 14 hours a day.

Some stat editing crafting bench would be nice to make gear that actually worth wearing, to make it fair, it could cause the item to become bound to the player or account.

Is the game actually intended to be so impossible get gear? Why cant I find a single 6-link that's worth wearing (i've only found 1 6-link ever) with 2025 hours in game? If I don't buy the gear from POE, I cant play the game at the higher levels. I've still never been able to do Shaper or much more than Atziri and my atziri kill is pretty recent...

I expect the flames to get hot on this one, but think about people other than the top 10 percent of players for once. How many unique accounts have completed all content out of all accounts?

1. I've talked to Chris Wilson in the past and others of the team too, in closed beta when game was new , ADVERTISED ON THE SITE WAS = PERMANENT CUT-THROAT LEAGUES , HELL PEOPLE ON A TOPIC IN THE FORUMS SAID THEY'D PAY FOR THIS...
DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MANY DARK SOULS FANS/PLAYERBASES ARE THERE?
Dark Souls 1 was ported from console to PC at gaming community's request => DARK SOULS 2 + 3 FOLLOWED.

2. WHY NO REDHEAD FEMALE CHARACTERS ?!?!? YOU FREAKIN ADDED 2 BLONDES Ranger and SCION
BUT NO REDHEAD char ?!?! Suggested a while ago like char Kalandra, to be opposite from Scion start in the tree as in the char has starting points on outer edges of the passive skill tree and is also harder to unlock than Scion maybe have a requirment like to beat Malachai (well long ago it was Dominus only :D ) with all classes or something.

Since long i've talked in closed beta but more in teh open beta,with some of you guys and you said you'd bring these things to the team but i've seen no progress in it

only progress about these things i saw now we can figure out which friends in the Friends List,are inactive :) since some of us had friends list since closed beta with inactive players and also some from open beta added...

3. - thing upper about friends list,u guys made progress PARTIALLY with that suggestion i had, now we can hover mouse cursor and game shows us how long since friend has last logged on. BUT

COULD WE HAVE MORE FRIENDS LIST LIMIT NOT JUST 100 friends list players capacity?:(


Maybe make it as DLC if you feel the need to,heck ,but i would love all these 3 things i suggested since closed beta & open beta

THE REAL Hardcore league is PERMANENT CUT-THROAT + Hardcore box ticked on
and THE ONLY ONE THAT WOULD BE EVEN HARDER IS Cut-Throat + Hardcore box ticked on + TURBO + ONSLAUGHT + NEMESIS + DOMINATION etc :) get it :D halloween special edition :P

DO you want us to make petitions so you see how succesfull they are with many signatures? on adding redhead female chars ,on increasing friends list space ,and most importantly adding Perma-Cut-Throat leagues AS WRITTEN ON THE POE SITE OF PLANNED THINGS MANY YEARS AGO?Caz we'll do it if you want us to.

When will the character and npc models get an update? Do you think they are fine the way they are right now?

ALSO: When will we get a sortable mtx stash and do you have plans to fix mtx clipping on characters in general as well as with other mtx combined?
Example: If I have a helmet mtx on Marauder and put Shroud mask on i, I get a "cyclops eye", however if I do it on another character the Shroud mask is floating in the air or gets sucked into the helmet mtx and you can't really see it. This happens to most mtx.

What about Size of Ignore List ? like +100 slots Microtansation

I believe there will be ppl who will love it and they will camp all day in /global 820 and ban everyone with smile on theirs faces

I meet that ridiculous friednlist limit in few mmo games . Can you explain whyyyy ? DO you need 1 GB of free Disk space for store Data with/per one dude on friend list or something?
