I'm not great with POB how does the math work with dropping a damage link on righteous fire for enhance and then getting a pair of +1 gems boots?

I can't stand Cyclone; can I use Lightning Strike instead for a more stationary style with this build?

" You cannot use skills that has either lightning or fire elemental part. You can use cold skills or pure physical skills for Mjolner triggering.
