You could self cast arc faster than the Mjölner cooldown, in a 6 link with at least an extra more multiplier gem and a weapon that gives more damage than the Mjölner bonus and you don't have to melee hit anything to do so.

I know, no need to tell me. Hence why I mentioned the cooldown proc on it staying as it is will keep the item from being good. Only thing it would help with is if you're tight on mana, but if you're building for casting, then mana isn't an issue for the most part.

And ignoring Discharge for a second...was so nice back when I made a pseudo 'Frozen Orb' style build with this thing and Ball Lightning. Watching all those orbs fly all over the place and freeze and shatter...so nice.

Whats gonna be the estimate mjolner price?
Mjolner buff is a joke. The buiild's survivability went downhill with the huge cooldown and the slight increase in damage is in no way making up for it.

As others have said it's the cooldown that needs to be tweaked not so much the damage. GGG fails again it seems.
