Ill invent new item /w New Mechanic entwined.

When Shapeshifted can only use RED Attack Gems
Can still use Blue or Green Aura/Support Gems

While in Werebear form You are only allowed to use Red Attack gems, But Every Red attack gem gets automatic +1 in Level.

Blood Bite
Ursine Pelt

Transforms you into a Werebear
(160-180)% Increased Evasion Rating
+(80-120) To Maximum Life
(15-20)% increased Attack Speed
(15-20)% increased Physical Damage
20% increased Movement Speed

Not very good at making or balancing uniques, but seriously we need some shapeshifting

A quiver that might actually outdo Drillneck for some builds. Also I like killing servers.


So, let me think:
Reach 4 + GMP 4 + LMP 2 + Deadeye 1 + Quiver Corruption 1 = 13 projectiles per attack


However a hefty 38% damage penalty from GMP/LMP and the loss of two supports that could replace them so you only do rough 36% of the damage you could be doing. You'd have to do 200% more damage just to pull even but there are some obvious benefits to having a ton of projectiles with certain splash mechanics.

This assumes you can hit a little over 7 attacks per second to get 100 projectiles per second, that seems kinda high for a bow? Unless something like tornado shot's arrow explosion would count as projectiles you fired it'd be tough to reach 100.

The exception maybe being Barrage, its bonus 2 projectile enchant and the Volley Fire threshold jewel could get you into some bananas level projectiles per attack, upwards of 25.

Seems like you're about right on the .5%.

I was wracking my brain trying to get accurate "top end" numbers. Glad to see I was in the right ballpark.

I was also trying to figure out how to make it fun for casters. What's the most spell-projectiles that can be generated at once? GMP LMP EK with shittons of faster casting/echo? Something like that would be cool too.

-each attack with this weapon consumes an aditional 10% of remaining mana (mana available and not reserved), add chaos damage to attacks equal to mana consumed
-apply mark of the dammed to enemy hit by it
-can only deal chaos damage


mark of the dammed: enemys killed under the effects of mark of the dammed will explode doing 50% of the original damage received over an area, enemys hit by the explosion will olso receive mark of the dammed

note: its 50% of the damage that apply mark of the dammed, so lets say i hit a monster for 10000, if it dies it will explode for 5000 and mark nearby monsters, if those monsters die they will explode for 2500 and so on.
