I just want to see what people come up with, here's one I have had kicking around in my noggin for a little while, I even made 2D art for it:



You might actually see an evasion build use a shield (great synergy with Darkray).

Diamond Ring

x% of Cold Damage is converted into Chaos Damage
Your Cold Damage is used for Poison Damage instead of Physical Damage
Enemies you Freeze are Poisoned while Frozen

the life is to high and the downside isn't actually a downside.

Ev/es armor base

Your life is 1
All damage is dealth to mana before life
life and energy shield modifiers apply to mana
energy shield and life is converted to mana at a 50% ratio
regen penalty's no longer apply to mana
gain % increased damage based on % mana available

In addition to the shield not having a downside for dodge builds, evasion and life are too high and less damage taken is overpowered.

500 evasion, 60 life and 1 reduced frenzy charge, as well as changing less to decreased and maybe adding -1 to frenzy charges.

Fixing a certain design flaw with an item is always a bad idea.

there's already a thread like this I necro from time to time but why not, I'll post my collection here, some are pretty old (not completely in chronological order), I would rebalance some now but I'll leave them "legacy":
