" The logic behind that article was a hoot. From the article: "The accusation is predicated on the charge that Secretary Clinton approved the sale. She did not." Keep what the article claimed there: "She did not." Then look at what they actually say later on that refutes their own statement. This is the modus operandi of fake news now. Claim something bold in the headline and early in the story, and then quietly refute a few days later, or even further down in the article. They just make sure to say it in a way that isn't obvious, so they can't be called bold faced liars later on. The article goes on to say: "Here's how it does work. By law, when a foreign company wants to buy anything with potential national security implications, an interagency committee of the federal government must approve it." "That committee is called CFIUS, or the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. It includes nine department heads. The secretary of the treasury is the chairperson. The rest are the heads of the Departments of Justice, Homeland Security, Commerce, Defense, State, and Energy, plus the office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the Office of Science and Technology Policy." 'the heads of the departments', IOW, the secretary of homeland security, secretary of commerce and ... wait for it... the secretary of state. Who might that have been? Gee, was Hillary Clinton secretary of state and one of the nine department heads who all approved it? Or did she vote against it? "The nine department heads all approved the sale of Uranium One. It was unanimous, not a Hillary Clinton approval." So we can see the article dissembles here. They should have said, yes, Hillary Clinton approved it, but she was not the sole approval. Further obfuscation in the article: "Further, neither Secretary Clinton nor the committee as a whole could stop any deal of this kind." Yet, the article also says: "By law, if one member objects, the president and only the president can veto such a transaction." So, if Hillary had objected, then the president could veto the transaction. Which would STOP the deal. The article makes no effort to discuss interagency communications and how the other secretaries of departments could have been influenced to go along with the deal. TLDR - 9 people made a bad decision, so accusing any one of them of making a bad decision is wrong and mean and anyone saying mean things about Hillary and Uranium One should feel bad. Hillary must be innocent - It's not like we have REAL PROOF like a signed yearbook. And some happy news for the day - a bombing tragedy was likely prevented when a 31 year old Antifa member living with his parents was arrested.
The Antifa thug "told the bomb squad he is anti-government, against the system and was looking to “get even” by harming first responders". His collection of bomb making materials was discovered, and the bomb squad disabled three explosive devices, including a booby-trapped Sponge Bob lunchbox. Among his bomb making chemical collection were several bottles of his own urine. I guess Antifa's habit of throwing urine filled balloons wasn't enough, and this guy planned on using them in a more deadly manner. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/christopher-langer-creating-weapon-of-mass-destruction-police-say/ http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/11/13/florida-man-had-grenade-explosive-devices-in-parents-house-police-say.html PoE Origins - Piety's story http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2081910 Last edited by DalaiLama on Nov 14, 2017, 10:42:59 PM

" More hilarious denial. Where did you get this, /r/The_Dotards or Gateway(fake news)Pundit, maybe 4Chan! LOL, doesn't really matter, all the wingnut sites are pushing this one. The guy is a sleezbag same as Sessions and should be in jail, not running for the Senate. Oh, in case you decided not to see: Moore was blocked from a Mall in the 80's for harassing young girls - you can pick your own news source.
" It only seems to be the wingnut sites associating him with Antifa...
" The New Yorker seems to have delved into it well enough: https://www.newyorker.com/news/news-desk/locals-were-troubled-by-roy-moores-interactions-with-teen-girls-at-the-gadsden-mall "This past weekend, I spoke or messaged with more than a dozen people—including a major political figure in the state—who told me that they had heard, over the years, that Moore had been banned from the mall." "Some say that they heard this at the time, others in the years since. " "Sources tell me" "Wilson declined to divulge his sources." Teresa Jones, a deputy district attorney for Etowah County in the early eighties, told CNN last week that “it was common knowledge that Roy dated high-school girls.” Jones told me that she couldn’t confirm the alleged mall banning, but said, “It’s a rumor I’ve heard for years.” So what did the two people that actually knew about the ban list have to say to the New Yorker? A former manager of the mall, who began working there in the late eighties, confirmed the existence of a ban list, but did not recall Moore being on the list during the manager’s tenure there. Barnes Boyle, who is eighty-six, also managed the mall, from 1981 to 1998. His wife, Brenda, told me that Moore was a longtime acquaintance of his—they went to the Y.M.C.A. together often—and that he planned to vote for him. The recent allegations against Moore, the Boyles thought, are likely liberal propaganda and, as Brenda put it, “a sign of the times.” They spoke with 3 officers about the ban, one named, two unnamed. What did they say? The named one: "Reached by phone on Saturday, Thomas, who lives in the nearby town of Southside, declined to discuss the existence of a ban on Moore at the Gadsden Mall. “I don’t have anything to say about that" So, no confirmation, and no denial. The unnamed two officers said: " was told by a girl who worked at the mall that he’d been run off from there, from a number of stores. Maybe not legally banned, but run off" "A friend of mine told me he was banned" So lot's of rumours, people hearing things second and third hand, and no confirmation that he was banned. The closest thing the New Yorker was able to get was a no comment from someone. In Other Words - Some say they heard Sources tell me common knowledge It’s a rumor I’ve heard was told by a girl Maybe not legally banned The one person who would know that replied said did not recall Moore being on the list more FAKE NEWS PoE Origins - Piety's story http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2081910 Last edited by DalaiLama on Nov 15, 2017, 1:36:00 AM

" I know what you are thinking, it came from a disreputable news site .... " The site I got it from is much worse than those, and has a lower reputation.... " The source was CNN Yup - those "dotards" at CNN, fake news galore I know... Thankfully someone archived it before CNN could scrub their foolish mistake https://archive.fo/3cmyE PoE Origins - Piety's story http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2081910 Last edited by DalaiLama on Nov 15, 2017, 1:36:49 AM

" Looks to me like CNN just published a picture of the year book message. The rest of it was conjured up in the minds of those supporting pedophiles. Bottom line, if Moore is innocent, where's the litigation? All he he has to do to exonerate himself, is get a forensic hand writing analysis of the message... Edit: The tweet is still there.
