If we discard the entire life's work of an artist because at one time they sinned according to contemporary standards, then when we are done discarding not a single piece of art shall remain. Our focus on identity has become so perversely myopic that we've gone beyond losing sight of the issues — we are attacking the issues with identity itself. Ad hominem gone berserk.

That librarian, Liz Soeiro, is a complete hypocrite. Here she is a couple years earlier celebrating Dr Seuss while dressed as the Cat in the Hat

She was rebuked by the school system, who said she didn't have the authority to refuse the books and said they were dealing with her administratively.

Maybe people should read her letter. It isn't as hostile as people think between Melania Trump and the Librarian. It is taken so out of context.

PS: You mean counselling the Librarian on its policies that she shouldn't have return those books. They can't stop her from sending that letter since they stated it is her personal opinion.

Unfriend these friends — they're racist
Don't read these websites — they're racist
Tear down these statues — they're racist
Don't stand for these flags — they're racist
Throw away these books — they're racist
Beat up these people — they're racist
Give it up, give it up, give it up

When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.
We can be certain that they're feverishly trying to come up with a way to justify the loser's action/inaction as usual.

Sooner or later something will appear.

Maybe. The more I read, the more angry I'm getting at this one. But then I ask myself: how do we adequately express shock, surprise and outrage when the man has cunningly made shock, surprise and outrage a daily, predictable reaction?

What has happened is precisely what we knew would happen and STILL could do nothing about it. The normalisation of the abnormal. He has said things this past week that no president in history would ever have said, and yet we're like, oh, it's Trump being Trump. No bigs.

That is NOT OKAY.

Oh? I agree with people that say Trump might win reelection. It is more plausible now when the Democratic Party isn't united. A Democratic Party that isn't united will defeated. Sound scary right?
The mayor of San Juan is trying to score political brownie points while refusing to cooperate:

She's also driving around with a literal truck load of journalists for the PR (not Puerto Rico hehe) photo ops:

Meanwhile it turns out the number one problem on the island is distribution of help, not lack of help. HuffPaint asked three times what more can Washington do and they got no real answer. WaPo is fake news as usual.

GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
And... there it is, as predicted.

Not an argument. If you claim Trump didn't help Puerto Rico, prove it. Hint: you can't.

I won't bother, because to you and your head dork in charge, it would be fake news no matter how REAL it is.
