Do you know why Exalted price has fallen so hard on BSC?

Everything that is not related to chaos is going to be worthless...its not just exalted

Chaos are just used so much this league, i for my self just put 130 chaos the last two days just in maps.

Never had such a huge consumption of chaos orbs. Nearly 1k chaos orbs just for maps this hole season and still the 36/40 are not reached yet...

many people from hc visit breach softcore and bringing the hc prices for ex with them? i mmean last league i got ex for 16c, so 40 feels like a good price.

Which, is imo, the very reason why exalts are cheaper at the moment.
It has everything to do with the fact that the challenges in Breach League demand chaos orbs to be used in one way or another, hence why their value has skyrocketed.

They r not loosing value. Exalt value became normal, nothing more.

Why is exalt value 60-80c? Because ppl got used to that from past leagues.
So, exalt value can be 1ex:1cha or 1ex:more then 1 chaos. Why that? Simple, there is chaos recipe and there is no exalt recipe. Because they get be only from drops 1ex must be equal or more value then 1cha. This is retarded block of text just to give point that exalt value is defined by GGG.


Problem!
All currency is made for crafting. On currency description there is no "u will trade this for items" on exalt. And that was problem. Exalts were not for crafting, they were items for trading. U farm, collect exalts, sell rest currency to buy them and buy items. Less then 0.5% players used exalts for crafting. Even if we count lucky out of standard ppl and ppl at the end of league ("I dont care bout standard lets waste exalts"), I dont believe more then 0.5% used then for crafting.


Solution!
At start of league, Cris said they did something that crazy, they may regret. Because I didnt sow 2x more exalt or chaos drops from maps or any other content to low value 2x, I think this is what they did. They made some kind of currency balance. Made both of cha and ex currency for crafting and trading. Should they regret? Ofc no. Ppl from my friend list (guild mates, ex guild mates, ppl Im playing with) used round 100ex total on crafting things, not buying, crafting from white high level base. And u know what? They didnt get broke and they didnt stop playing league because of bad RNG. RNG is now more flexible. Good job GGG!


Future!
Would like to see more mirrors using in game, or simply removing them from game. Right now, mirror is currency item for crafting without any purpose. Its more collectable item and "look what I have", used mostly in standard for copying legacy things. And why playing standard when u have next league 2 weeks after one that ends? And ofc why limiting new players who who know why start game in standard, with clr msg "Standard is expensive place where old players keep monopoly and thats only reason why they play it"? And ofc, why not sending msg to new players ... start temp league from 0 as everybody?
If GGG low value of mirrors for half (~70ex) or remove them from game, that would be pure win!


And Im not getting why ppl cry every day ... OMG EXALT IS ONLY 40C! That 40c is making x1000 other ppl to play game. And for traders only I can say ... sorry dude ... there r million tycoon games on net ....

currency value fluctuates with supply and demand. right now, demand for chaos is very high, which leads to people selling their shit for chaos instead of ex, which in turn leads to value of ex dropping.
what even is the problem that people have with exalts being cheap? did they buy a ton of exalts early in the league to flip later because they thought that ex price would go up, and now they are mega salty that their bet backfired so they whine on forum? lmao

Only because, with this prices (45-90c), it is a way too expensive. Spend one exalt (maybe your only one, luckily drop) to get random stat on something (or get into the even more expensive master-crafting?) or just sell it to buy something good? If Cris talking about new card - Abandoned Wealth, i can simple say - this is not enough. Yes, this card has a nice drop-rate, but.. current prices for exalts are still sux. In both ways - trading and crafting. Too cheap (and unstable!) for a trading (look at this shit on poe.trade - most of the prices in chaoses..) and simultaneously they are still too expensive for an active crafting (for most of players).

From my perspective, exalts must become a much more common - it will stabilize the prices on it and allows players to actually use this orbs (especially in first week(s) of new league!), not just selling it.

Ahaha this reminds me of the last time my post was partially removed it was some feminist agenda completely out of whack and they message me for hateful speech i think it was. Such a massive joke considering there was no shred of hateful speech in what they removed. if they doubled the exalt drop rate then they need to look at the game, realise there still isnt enough exalts to craft fuck all and multiply the drop rate by 2 again, then maybe we will get somewhere.
