Damage penetration works and we are using Vessel of Vinktar (penetrayion variant). You mean The Wise Oak? Yes, looks decent. Might be better than Sulphur flask on my bar, just have to increase lightning resist to make it highest.

Blessings are possible to get for 70c. Astramentis is currently 70c. Gor early drop 4ex. value flask, so already have 2x HoWA-s :D

Got 5L 640ES armor for 10 chaos (got 5L prophecy, even so, it costs just 20-25c anyway)

Levelling this build is horrible. Too few survival nodes during levelling, but pays off about level 70/80. I've dropped a fire conversion quiver very early, so I've sticked to LA all the way till 60~something (until I've got unblessed HoWA-s for 15c each)

Nice, that fits perfectly with my gear. I am ele weak capped so the +35 res is useless but 10% reduced fire and cold dmg hell yeah, 20% lightning pen...I want one!

Each of HoWA-s increase your int, dex and each of them give you additional lightning damage on each hit - meaning 2x howa = damage increase more than twice, also increased int means more ES (survival) and more mana pool (quality of life). Usually damage is average, but added elemental damage gets added to each weapon

They work for me pretty well at 600 int (lvl 70 currently).

Very satisfied with gear now. Maybe I will get a belt with intelligence but pretty happy anyway.
