[2.6] CI HoWA ST - Uber / Shaper / Guardians Down - Budget Friendly?
" I leveled the build as "Ele Foil" with an 250 EDPS lvl 50 foil and some live nodes it worked fine to farm dried lake and t1-t5 maps. It was not a breeze but not bad either because the clear speed was really high. The survivability even with life nodes was not that good but not bad. I switched to CI once i got 2 HOWAs at level 78 whereas the build became functional. Iam now sitting at like 6.8k es and enough dmg and survivability to do red maps comfortable ... really need to work on my sockets though ... one will become but CWDT+IC+ID+Vortex and one will become Orb of storms+IAOE(or ID)+COH+Conductivity and ID+Vaal Haste + Vaal Lightning Trap Gear @lvl84

I have one question. Why everyone builds 2x HoWA instead of 1x HoWA + good ES shield? Isnt damage from dual wielding only average from both weapons? Thanks for answer. IGN: Safo

" This isnt a great build for league start. There is some specific builds that can do the job very easy, with little investment. " I built this character last league right around the time Mathil and ZiggyD caused prices to skyrocket... it cost me 700-800c to pre-buy everything and wear a 5L 700 es chest... later upgraded to 6L for 5ex... pretty much wore that gear the rest of the league except for crystal belt and steel ring upgrades... This league... its still early so getting good ES gear might cost more, but for uniques, while HoWA is a lot more expensive, its offset by how much cheaper Astramentis and Vinktar are right now I think... Preparing to start another of these characters now... Buying the jewels and HoTM and Astramentis and some twink uniques to get me to Dried Lake cost about 125c... |

" The first two days were rough but all in all it wasn't hard to get going. Blessings have been 90-100c which isn't that much of a grind. |
