If you cant pay attention and be careful idk why you would be playing hardcore?? I mean the point is don't die right so wouldn't you be mindful of all mobs you roll into? and that budget wont get you much. not sure of pricing in HC but. CI is much more expensive.

As mentioned I run Kiara's for when I do get stunned....

and once to elemental reflect rare in T14 Shrine with -11% max res

so don't do minus max res maps due big your elemental DPS and be aware of elemental weakness curse /elemental reflect aura so be ready to use anti curse flask.

You don't need shapers gloves for CI version. You need good rare one with accuracy rating/ int/ attack speed.
Find better rings and helmet with 40+ intelligence in it.

Experience with reflect. No problem. Face tank rares no issue. Now depending on map mod -% res can be an issue where flask management is important. However without that map mod and no ele reflect maps. There are no issues. With now 13250es. So what are you getting at? More than 4k es leeching all to one, no life flasks, more damage, reflect no issue? Idk where your going with this? I complimented the build and you question my knowledge about reflect(Which IDK anyone who has no experience with reflect cause it can be a bitch). But I can tell you IDK one single person that will say hybrid is better than es. And I tried both btw.

You said you have over 1k int right? I'm trying to figure out how to get that much but I'm not sure how to get past the mid 900s.

Also, are you guys using the +160 lightning damage boot enchant? Wondering if people's reported H/O tooltip damage is with or without that. (for the record I think it's worth using, its like 13% more damage if you haven't killed recently i.e. on bosses)

I'm up to 10k ES, 8800 H/O damage with boot enchant btw, loving the build

I havent got this enchant but it is definitely doable and good if you can get it. My gear is OKish and I have 10k tooltip with wrath in hideout, 1168int, but my ES is low only 10.7k

Small updates for newcomers

Finished uber atziri and shaper, done all 36challenges with this league, time to move onto another build.

This is an awesome build, I started with hyaon fury+shield, then switched to the new claws with evasion and life only, then switched to hybrid, finally CI. CI version is no doubt the strongest.

With my OKish gear I have 10.2k dps with AOE and wrath in hideout, attack speed is 5/second. 10.8k ES cannot be stunned. Not sure about fully buffed stats though, doesnt really matter can clear t16maps easy, facetank most bosses. If one really try to min-max the build should be able to break 12k tooltip in hideout with AOE.

All that said DPS is NOT the most insane but it is still very good. At the current stage imo basically NOTHING beats poison BF assassin due to double dipping. However this build abuses another broken mechanic that is ES+VP, with a vinktar it is just broken leeching. Judging from shaper speed a scourge BF assasin basically does double dps as this build. On the other hand this build has no issue with poison immune bosses, and if you go avatar of the veil the ele status immunity is actually a huge bonus for survivability.

Thanks for the build it was a GG journey with my character, made to 94 and could push 95 but I feel like Ive done everything with it now. Hope all of you are having fun!

How does your hybrid/eva build compare to the CI meta ?
