This I will agree upon but their boss fights are usually just cheese fests regardless. Nerfing builds players are having fun with, you know, the reason we play these games to make their handful of uninspired bosses difficult isn't a great practice. Keep nerfing fun for difficulty and why would I play the game?
hahah this thread is hilarious! Never seen so many crying children in my life.
I really hope you all actually do quit since less children is great for the game.

This will be a great league, thanks ggg!

I guess we play for very different reasons then, the limited time i have to play, means my time must at least feel relatively engaging. Spamming shield charge from screen to screen ignoring everything is not engaging, standing in every single ability while leeching is not engaging.

Its not difficult to kite Shaper's orbs to a safe location, or move that 5feet out of a telegraph ability, not even slightly. But it requires some degree of decision making and action, thus engagement. You most certainly can not say that requiring people to do these simple things makes the game difficult.

By the response of some posters here, we should just give every mobs in game 1hp with zero defenses, and allow every ability to clear your screen. Because clearly, that is what is 'fun' right? the logic of most people here is simply absurd.

Most importantly from the design perspective, allowing builds to trivialize the content to such an extent simply undermines all of the time and effort they put into designing the game. there are plenty of builds that allow you to blow up packs of mobs, nothing wrong with that, but they have their limits, as they should.

Capping Raging Spirit at 20 is a significant damage reduction, even if individual spirits have slightly increased damage.

Capped Raging Spirits = significantly fewer minions delivering multiple damage auras.

In the past, it was very difficult to get more than 25 spirits out at a time even with vaal haste up. If the spirits do enough dmg, then it shouldn't be a problem. Stun lock enemies is cool too. Hatred aura is the dmg aura most players use to buff SRS, so that shouldnt be an issue as well. At least our frame rates wont spike that badly.

My 2 cents.

The character I am playing atm is only 53/self found and keeps 22 spirits up, I don't even have Exceptional Performance, all my cast speed nodes, or vaal haste.

At higher level I run Wrath/Anger/Hatred and manage 30+ raging spirits.

Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain and most fools do.

from what I have saw these changes are justified, now I haven't saw everything referenced but I did watch a streamer using the harvest with a worm blaster build and all he did was spam flasks constantly and didn't worry about shaper or anything at all he was totally invunrable to anything it was crazy and is not needed, if you need this to play I think you should just quit

What version was this? I'm not exactly a competent player but even I easily hit the 50 spirit cap in the last 5ish leagues.

Wait... you mean I'm supposed to actually move from stuff that's trying to kill me? Seriously?
I'm allowed to spend more than 2 minutes per map? Na, your joking...
Hard to accept, right?

Can't spend more than 2 minutes a map if you're going to hit the 10K map tiers challenge. If GGG doesn't want to emphasize extremely high speed, they maybe shouldn't build the challenge and leveling system around that. :-)

Yes, less players is great for a game whose sole generator for revenue is customers buying MTX items.
