When should you transition from budget to scourge? I've got 260c.

Really am enjoying the build so fAR, but I'm a little confused where I'm going wrong scaLing wise. I am not reaching anywhere near the amount of dps you're putting out. Maybe this was asked before, but im not seeing a damage increase on tooltip from % minion damage, is this correct or am I doing something wrong? Got the claws x 2.

So im loving this build. I find myself not using the totem though because it slows me down. Instead I am using blood rage with a weapon swap to stop the life drain.. I guess on a single boss fight the totem may be useful. Anyone else have this issue?
