[2.6] CI Best Scourge ClawFlurry, Up to 134+ Mill DPS,Uber/Shaper/Guardians, Budget Version Inc.
So far was playing budget, was doing ok-ish T8, however it needs 6L+good jewels to wreck like unchained is doing on his stream. Well, guild helps him a lot with getting everything.
Yesterday spent ~2ex (all i had), bought 2 scourges and changed the build. Playstyle is way better, fast attack speed finally. Having fun and wrecking shrecking T12 maps. " About this one. Didn't really check bosses, but map farm get Rotgut flask + Blood rage and you are capped at PC all the time. You attack so fast, that downtime is too small. Also attack speed + clear speed goes through the roof. Here is my vid T8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdfkun2VP4s&t=9s Imo you drop your granite flask and melt T14 with your setup. Did T13 the same speed as T8. Also, can you check my profile, I would really appreciate it, can't think what to work on. I was thinking to re-roll my chest colors, to get 2 reds for phys on full life. |

" What your crit chance when you maximum power charge? If you have <80% crit chance when maximum power charge so it may ok for you now. But when you reroll the chest, you'll put Increased Crit Strike and your crit chance will increase to 85-90% when you hit maximum power charge, the higher your crit chance the harder you get power charger and maintain it because you only have 10% gain power charge on non-crit hit. Thats the problem. I'm sitting at 95% (cap critical chance) for now, how could you think I can maintain with 5% non-crit hit + 15% miss (I have 85% chance to hit) and I only have 10% to get power charge in that 5% non-crit hit, how hard am I? And Minotaur down. Sry because I can't make video run, just want to test my setup real quick and also no mod for you, take a look at picture and you know why. Pretty sure I got reduced AoE and Elemental Weakness as you can see. Cost me 2 portals, 1 for test hard hit (just dumb shit cause I already know 100% 1-shot, lol), 1 for hitting the electric wall then get rocked.

" Personaly, I like True Strike than Throatseeker, go down to True Strike you'll hit Harrier its good. The rest are (or is, I don't know, fuck my broken English) find the decent gears like 6L Regalia 700+ ES + some res, and make sure gloves, ring, amulet have some accuracy (at least 150), balance your res. Maximum lvl gem and 20% quality them. You should lvling a Enlighten yourself (Like me, I'm lvling a Enlighten myself to lvl 2 and then buy the one lvl 4, ez life, lul). Grab a Lion's Roar. Finally, ask yourself do you want to #YOLO then pick up Abyssus. Really, you'll like that shit. |

Been trying out this build and pretty much loving it so far. For anyone having trouble sustaining power charges in maps, using HoI-CoH-Asmark is working well for me, with OOS for getting a few on bosses. Currently working on funding up to a good 6l, and of course skyforths. Replaced Doryani's Invitation because at my current ES level (6.8k), I feel like 400 es is more worth than a bit of damage. Haven't done anything harder than Core/Uber Lab/Normal Atziri, but the damage feels perfectly fine even though I know there's tons of room for improvement. |

Hey guys, I'm actually thinking about switching to this build. I currently have ~20-25 ex plus the prophecy to 6 link an item. It means I can afford both scourges, a 6 link 900+ES body, 20% quality gems and some nice pieces of stuff (I'll probably have enough for skyforths in two weeks or so).
Any tips before I start over a new char ? I played the build last league so I'm quite familiar with it, I just didn't follow what exactly changed. Quick edit; Any tips for general directions for the tree during levelling ? I'll probably rush the leech nodes first. Already have a nice pair of gloves 250ES, attack speed, single res (can be slammed for more), same for helmet (~400Es) and an almost lvl 3 enlighten so main concern is jewellery. I think I know what to pick up, but I'm wondering why there's no anti stun on the budget version ? Why no chayula / valyrium ? Can I go with dps jewels without carring about stuns since I can afford some good dps ? Edit: Btw is the build overall better than last league ? Did anyone compared and what feelings does one have ? Is the nerf on AoE and Blade Flurry damage annoying during levelling ? Last edited by ploxirion#7934 on Mar 18, 2017, 12:21:36 PM

" Hello friend. The bandit quests give unique rewards depending on your decision(s). Below you will find a link to the bandit quest wiki which describes in detail what you can get. Bandits (this is what you should get): Skill Point - 8% Attack speed - Max Power Charge (+1) Dealing with the Bandits: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Deal_with_the_Bandits " Your tree will vary depending on the gear that you have. Personally, when I leveled my character in hardcore I went hybrid (es/life) with gear and tree. Then I converted to full ES at level 70+. I focused on getting the main claw wheel as soon as possible (i.e. claws of magpie). For anti-stun you have several options: Eye of Chayula, Kiara's Determination, Valyrium, Skyforth, Stun immunity enchantment on boots. Which one you choose depends on your preference and gear that you have available. The AoE range has been nerfed, however, after playing in 2.6 I don't notice the difference. In terms of damage, blade flurry actually does a lot more damage now in 2.6 due to the changes to claw nodes. We can now get a lot more critical strike chance (and crit multi), this allows us to remove the critical chance support gems from our 6-link and in its place we use a damage multiplier (i.e void manipulation). " Personally I would focus on getting "Physical damage to attacks" on your amulet/ring(s) which will drastically increase your damage since we scale everything from physical damage (with the Scourge CI version). Also, if you are using scourge claws then you should copy the links from guide (remove added chaos, and use a melee multiplier). The budget version of the build is a bit different (it's mainly chaos based). Twitch Stream: www.twitch.tv/mindscoped Last edited by unchainedlive#6561 on Mar 18, 2017, 6:14:44 PM
