Must be really bad if they've let it go this long.

I can't imagine they don't care about thousands of potential customers who previously played but now can't.

Maybe the next announcement will be "Sorry to all of you, you'll just have to buy a new computer if you want to play this game again! Good luck!"

Well, they know about this bug and he is listed as a "high-priority task". Means they aims to fix it. But.. fresh patch is out and he is DX11-related. Again.

I'm pretty sure they're under pressure, as Breach update will be released very shortly and also have to find a fix for this issue affecting many players (myself included).

I personally believe that, due to the current situation regarding players using DX9 client, Breach update should be delayed. Not like excessively delayed but for a couple of days, as I believe that releasing such a huge update with thousands unable to play would be something this community would not tolerate.

And actually, many of us cannot tolerate this anymore.

I agree. Something like this going unfixed for so long with so little update on progress on the fix is disturbing, and Breach should be delayed if they can't get a fix out in time. I figure our best chances of being heard are if we get some activity on that thread and then PM Bex or Chris about it.

Here's the problem, Breach is in 4 days and we still don't have any "important info" that makes it look like a fix is on the immediate horizon. That's worrying.

who are belittling the problem. Support doesn't seem to want to do anything about it, either, which does not speak well of them, and is not encouraging regarding the users affected being considered anything more than third-class citizens.

Another patch and no changes whatsoever...

Another day, another patch and more bad thoughts about this not getting fixed :c...

I was very happy to see patch-notes with plenty use of the words 'fix' and 'DirectX' so i immediately installed it!

This mini-hype was cut short by utter sadness and disappointment after seeing that not a bloody thing had changed or improved!

GGG, please, if you don't have the ability to replicate or solve this issue in-house please ask the community for help to get this fixed as you have shown clearly by now that you are unable to do this on your own! There are plenty of computer savvy players that are willing and able to test some things for you.

2.4.3c Patch no fix problem.
