Improvements to Master Missions

Above all things, make leo less of a pain to level up. I mean jesus, this is mostly quality of life, and yes, I appreciate it as much as the next person, but for god's sake, give us leo-exp for killing rogue exiles or something, because pvp is about as balanced as the rest of this game. You know what I'm saying here?

What we truly need is an alternative way of gaining XP, either by crafting or something else, most of these changes makes the masters feel lazy, i could only see a few changes to Vorici being good, what are we getting next.. master missions will auto-solve themselves as soon as the player gets them?

To be honest the amount of Div cards that exist and are yet to be completed, they would find it almost impossible to fit them in a custom stash tab. That and having multiple complete same sets, just wouldn't work.

I was hoping for some sort of digital album that would store them like trading cards, but I feel it would be too much work.

In addition, we're investigating making non-Zana masters easier to level up to level 8 in December's 2.5.0 update (alongside the new league).

Awesome news! :D

Though, before people get too hyped about this, I feel I should point out that this almost certainly means that future league Challenges will not include leveling Masters up, except for Zana. Reason being that if all Masters, apart from Zana, are now easier to level up, then it ceases to be much of a 'challenge' anymore. Not that this is a bad thing, since that Challenge was pretty boring anyway.

As for those wondering why Zana has been left out of the xp-improvements, it likely has to do with the different role she plays. As others have pointed out, leveling up Zana doesn't bring much as much reward as leveling up the other Masters does. She opens up past league map mods (and hence old uniques) and adds a smidgen of quantity. Both of those cater mainly to higher tier players who play extensively and so can be made to work for their reward. The rest of the Masters, however, serve a more 'basic' function for all players for their crafting and hence are, effectively, more important. Hence this is a move to make the game easier for casuals, but not the uber-elite. Given how often PoE is criticized for catering to the latter, I think we all ought to be celebrating that design choice.

Lastly, regarding Leo. I know the problem with him is related to the state of PvP in the game and hence isn't as simple to fix. However, one quick fix for Leo could be to check on the nature of several of his missions. Just as Vorici just had changes made to his missions, many of Leo's missions could really use some changes as well. I'm thinking of things like surviving in the arena for set period of time (way too long, imho) or killing multiple players in a very short span of time (way too short). And others besides. Fixing PvP isn't easy and, frankly, given the number of people who care about it, probably not even worth it. But there are some easier changes you can make to fix Leo, similar to the changes you've just made to his bro's in our ho's.

why is master leo getting no love in here ?
leveling him is the hardest and please add more missions other then his dailies.
or give us a way to lvl him other then waitting a whole day to get a tiney sum of exp.
That's some decent news now to just make the crafting benches worth using again and masters will be back on the menu for most people.

unfortunately Leo is a pvp only master and there isn't really a good reason to level him as most of everything he gives sucks. But i feel ya I've got Leo to 5 a few times but honestly 4 is all you really need. Unless you have a use for one of his obscure crafting bench mods.
