I have a little problem with the app
After few days, its just stop showing half of the things it should:



After complete reinstall, its working again, than after few days it start this again...

Do you have any ideas what I do wrong?

Hi,
Do you have multiple monitors?
Which resolution are they?
Are you using a resolution scaling different than 100%?
Are you using the "blurry app" fix?

I have multiple monitors, one is 4k (the game runs on this one), the other one is FullHD. Resolution scale is at 200% on windows, and I tried 140-150 on the macro. I'm not using the fix, you linked, but will try it now.

Turning off the thing you linked fixed the problem.

Thank you very much for this nice tool - it makes trading so much easier. However, isn't some of it against the ToS? I'm talking about the macros that have multiple lines, like the "thank you" button that sends thank you AND kicks the player out of the party.

Sorry if this has been discussed before, I don't see an option to search through all 49 pages of the thread and I just skimmed a few and didn't see anything about it.

Okay... so it might be a good idea if that would be changed/removed (in the default config) and not everyone has to manually do this? It seems strange that a tool (or a functionality within the tool) is against the ToS and it's on the forums. It puts the onus on every user to make sure to re-configure the tool to be not banned for using it. Well - thanks for the reply. Just trying to figure out what tools I can safely use...

For whatever it may be worth - I agree, and I've made my strong feelings on the subject known to GGG in private. I don't know this for a fact, but I would guess they're concerned that once they start investigating the functionality of one version of one tool, that they would be setting a precedent - and thus expected to check every version of every tool.

Support likely doesn't have the bandwidth for that - and even if they did, there aren't really any feasible ways they can enforce a rule that tool creators show them the source code for each version before making it publicly available. Especially when you factor in that tools tend to be updated when the game itself is updated, and that's already a busy time for Support.

Not happy about it - but I suppose your account, your responsibility.

Okay. Thanks for the reply, I understand. I hope the creator of the tool sees that and makes changes to the default settings, or at least adds a disclaimer in the OP. From now on I'll check more carefully. Now, I do wonder though if other tools (PoE trade macro, CurrencyCop, PoE Helper) are safe. I guess I'll have to do some digging. Thanks!

Hi, you can read my opinion about that over here (page 46).
Though, keep in mind that this is only my personal opinion and, as I said, players should decide for themselves.
