How do Atziri's Acuity work with the Slayer's leech?

" It actually works really nicely in 2 ways: 1. My crit chance is only about 60%. Since my leech doesn't stop at full life, I constantly have what amounts to insane life regen from the 40% of non-crits along with 60% of hits instantly refilling my life globe. 2. The overkill damage from slayer leeched as life is never instantly leeched, so all my overkill damage gives me perpetual immunity to stun and bleed. |

I do feel like a noob asking this, but how am I supposed to keep power charges up without using frenzy every 5-6 seconds?
