" 1) no "Avatar of fire" - I use 2) HoT is very easy to keep up. Shock a monster and kill it once every 9 seconds. If there are no monsters, use 3) "liege of the Primordial" is best to use until you have good gear, max level gems, and jewels. Once you have high damage - respec to "Mastermind of Discord". Why did you go life over CI? Do you have a CI build for 2.5, or do you think life is better?

CI is better. But since I have a ci character already with max gear, I wanted to try a life build. Life is much much cheaper.

do you have an updated CI skill tree? I assume you swap xophs for eye of innocence?

ok cool. last question - why do you get amplify and blast radius passives (area damage)? HoT doesnt get a bonus, does it?

im trying to use wither jar to proc herald of thunder for boss fights. i wait for the "all damage shocks" buff to come up, but sometimes it doesn't proc my hot. are my golems killing the worms or do my boots 1 shot the worms before shock applies ? Am I doing something wrong here ?

I tried reading through most of the forum. How significant of a dmg increase and clearing speed difference is the CI version vs the life version? I'm loving these boots - i started lvling with them at lvl 12 and OOOHHH MYYYYYYYY. It's insanely fun to just run through everything and lvl. Let's say I have a good deal of the items already and about 15-20 ex - would it be worth it to build the CI version instead of the life? thanks very much in advance!
