You already proc EE with cyclone. Cospris malice has COLD DAMAGE TO ATTACKS. Bv generates tons of your charges

I see, but i dont have 4g 2b link armour yet, i have 3\3 g\b and im thinking what gems should i take. may be cyc\CoC\acc\discharge\power ch on crit and spark

Would it be possible for you to test voll with less than or with 5aps vs little over 5aps with close to 100% crit chance? Im just curious how the proc rate will behave when you go from lets say 5aps to 5.01 aps. Does it halve your dps by going over 5aps? Ill just write a little theory that someone should prove or disprove with testing.

In this case the player has little over 5aps with cyclone so the cyclone hits over 10 times per second. Cospri's cooldown is 100ms and lets say this player has 99ms between his cyclone hits.
time 0000 first attack lands proccing discharge
time 0099 cospri still on cd and cant proc.
time 0198 cospri procs and resets the cd.
time 0297 cospri still on cd and cant proc.
...

Im playing myself pathfinder so my crit chance isnt 100% (or really close to it) so I cant really test this out.

You should swap from cospir atleast inc crit damage with elemental focus if you are using vinktar. Im using myself discharge-ele focus-inc aoe/conc.

you should regal elreon rings with 1 good stat and multimod them with es% crit% and depending uf you need resists then resists otherwise accu these are my rings
