P.S. My crit multi is currently at 350% for spells. Is there any way to improve that? Aside crit multi jewels which are really expensive.

You only have a level 18 Discharge, and you run a Life Leech gem, both of which lower your dps significantly. Replace your leech gem with Controlled Destruction, and buy a 20/20 gem (they are very cheap). 21/20 is even better if you can spare a few exalts.

If you're concerned about leeching, you can use vinktar vs all the bosses in T15 or lower maps, and you should be able to kill every boss in one vinktar activation. When mapping, you can always put a Warlord's Mark on CWDT or on Blasphemy (I prefer CWDT), or get a Death's Door with the leech enchant.

Getting the 40% discharge damage helm will help quite a bit too - they are much more affordable than the 30% to not consume charges. You're also running a discharge in your chest, which is a complete waste since you don't use the 30% helm enchant. This means your chest discharge will basically do 0 damage. Replace the discharge in the chest with something that will proc more power charges from voll's protector and PCoC, such as BV or Firestorm.

I would advise against running HoI/Ice Bite - it doesn't address your single target damage problem vs bosses. You'd be better off running a curse on blasphemy (elemental weakness for instance, or even assassin's mark). Even with 60% curse effectiveness reduction when fighting bosses, elemental weakness still gives a pretty considerable damage boost.

Regarding your crit multi - you don't need to stack crit multi, since you'll typically get more damage from spell damage and area damage. Expand your jewel search to include those damage mods.

Finally, check your attacks per second on cyclone (with and without the boot enchant procced). Is is slightly over 4? If so, you're likely gimping your single target dps sigificantly.

You skip out on some major ES nodes - I would suggest actually trading some of your dps for ES. You also pour a lot into your accuracy, presumably so you can run fortify in your SC set-up. That's a lot of points invested that could also be redirected to the massive %ES witch nodes.

You're also very close to two jewel nodes. You might consider dumping alchemist for now (which gives you largely meaningless Rumi boost and an extra 5% penetration for the duration of your Vinktars) in favor of another jewel slot. To boost damage further, flip many of your jewels, get a 21/20 discharge, get a spell damage/spell crit shield, and get a 40% discharge helm (which are much cheaper - I think whites run around 4ex on standard). You can also replace the Rumi's with a strong dps flask - Atziri's or a Sulfur Flask. Also, get a better Quicksilver Flask - freeze protection should be replaced by more movespeed. Alchemist of Adrenaline is what you're aiming for. Get 20% on those flasks too, and Blessing your belt too!

Finally, if you're up for it, do some lab runs and get a penetration enchant (1/60 chance) to really boost your single target dps. Or, if you want more clearspeed, get the 16% attack/cast speed enchant. If you're having mana issues, get the leech enchant.
