[2.4] CI/LL Blade Vortex Pathfinder

I just respec'd into poison and did shaper and my damage was WAY less. I immediately went back to master alch with an atziri flask. Oh well.

Interesting. What was your flask setup vs what's your normal flask setup? Just based on my math for how Poison works I just have a really hard time imagining it adding less damage than Atziri or Taste of Hate...

Atziri, taste, conv vinktar, diamond and rumi's. The minotaur took me ages to take down with the poison build and I actually failed shaper when I normally do it deathless. Not sure if I don't have enough phys damage to make poison worth it but yeah.

Atziri, taste, conv vinktar, diamond and rumi's. The minotaur took me ages to take down with the poison build and I actually failed shaper when I normally do it deathless. Not sure if I don't have enough phys damage to make poison worth it but yeah.

Interesting. I guess something is not working correctly with the poison, as based on the way it's described in the Wiki I would expect it to outperform Atziri flask for damage. But well I guess I'll respec.

What's your Aura / Gem setup? Do you focus a lot on elemental damage?

Don't really focus on any damage. Just some crit stuff on my amulet. I just run hatred for damage aura. Think my character is open to look at.

Also what may make a difference, all my jewels are spell damage not physical.

do you really say that taking poison instead of status immunity made you fail shaper run instead of doing it deathless?-.-
also , spell dmg jewels boosts physical part of your bladevortex's damage too.

A few questions:

1- How well would this build play on a budget of 10~15e?
2- Viable for ESC league?

4-5 for vinktars
.5 for rumis
4-6 for armor
1-3 for shield
1-2 for gloves+helm
1-2 for amulet
1-2 for odds/ends, rings, overflowing, divinarius/rare dagger, jewels, etc.

Use diamond flask+others, Rainbowstride.

If you bargain hunt, have some of the gear lying around, or craft it can be very good.

Other things to consider are obviously Taste of Hate and maybe a second conversion Vinktars.

Should I just get gear based on the gear posted on first post for CI? (the one that says Outdated)

Also, one more question! I see that on the links explanations there are two BV. Mind explaining why and how does that work? Furthermore, I've got 3R1G gloves... would it be too bad to use CwDT + Immortal Call + Inc Duration + Vaal Haste on those and use CwDT + Tempest Shield + Lightning Golem on shield? I'd be losing duration on Tempest Shield but honestly I already got those hard to get colors on my gloves which I'd rather not lose! Also not planning on using Vaal Discipline right now.

Also, about weapon:

It cost me just 5c... thought it would be more expensive, did I get the wrong thing or something?

Just want show my gear on essence 8509 ES/56k DPS ho(inc area)/197k with conc, charges and flasks/resists: 151/177/183. Can i find any possible improvments in gear? I think rings and belt not good enough. Also i think time to run uber lab for good enhant on helmet.
