To all who have experiences with that build: how viable is it for Hardcore Essence?

Im planning to start tonight, my Budget is abt 800c

Since a convertion vessel is very expensive, isn't phys to light setup with a Penetration vessel a good option?
Should give us much more leech

What are the most dangerous issues to deal with?
And what gem setup would you recommend?

Ill go for CI and try to hit at least 12k es.

Tanks and regards!

Hello everyone, so I got 1 question - what is the main source of our dps in CI version of this build? Earlier today a was watching Raiz killing Shaper in 5l, and i'm just got can kill fast enough t9-t10 bosses(like dam :c) what am I doing wrong?
I'm about to buy Vinktar's (ToH later) but Vink is seems good for LL and facetanking etc.
Any tips? (sry for bad eng tho, cheers)
What are budget potions while you save up for Rumis, Vessel and Taste of Hate?
I'm thinking diamond, atziris, quicksilver, basalt, and silver?

Sorry I can't tell you much about this build on HC. I would guess going the other way into Command of Steel is a good option to get more ES, though. I don't really feel like we need even more leech, we already jump instantly back to 100%, but you can do that, sure.

Dangerous.. I guess the #1 cause of death would be running out of flask charges, not activating them or not being able to deal damage. We can't really die while dealing damage as long as our flasks (especially Vinktars) are up.

Good luck!

Pretty much our flasks. We get so much %extra damage, it's pretty ridiculous.

Solid choice. I'd really recommend Atziri's, Basalt and Granite. Diamond helps as well. The 5th flask is just a matter of interest.. I really like Silver tbh. Let's us get to 20 stacks faster, gives us movespeed, lets us WB faster..
Stibnite is another good option. Smoke Cloud can be pretty awesome.

So, would you definitely recommend to buy a conversion vinktar?
I'll guess it's gonna be pretty tight with the budget then, but lets see.

Talking about not dealing damage, i assume a very important point for HC is a jewel with immunity to silence ..
With a clarity aura and some mana reg on the rings it should be ok. But no mana reg maps will suck i guess ..

What stun-avoidance would you recommend? Eye amu or Valyrium, what is better?
I guess with valyrium you're be able to buy a payable +1 curse amu, and run assassins mark or enfeeble on a cast when damage taken Setup ..

How many regrets will I need at level 70 to go CI?

Hmm, Lightpen + P2L could do the trick as well. Added Lightning probably not. I think Conversion is worth it, though.

Just don't use WB on nomanareg maps and only cast BV when you can deal damage to leech. It's annoying but no real problem. The only map mods we can't run at all would be no-leech and BM maps, but they aren't too common anyway.

I think Chayula is better since it completely removes stun. I don't think one unlucky stun could kill you but you never know.

Edit: Reflect maps are risky without a doubt, but I didn't die to it and I'm going pretty ham on them. I'm currently using Facebreakers (480% critmulti on BV) and can run reflect pretty easily.. I guess a bunch of high packsize crabs could instakill you but other than that. I wouldn't do it on HC just to be safe, but it's possible.

19, I think. If you do all the respec quests probably not even one. Most of the life nodes you take for leveling give ES as well or are nearby enough. :)

Good points.

Started now, and calculated budget, bought already 857es 5l 2res regalia.
Have 600c left, so i'm able to buy Vinktar with 20% conversion + everything else except maybe Taste.

i'm thinking of using a good rolled rathpith glove instead of a es shield to get up to 50% spell block

as a weapon, most probably a 2mod + multicraft dagger. Exalts are very cheap on hc now

regarding the mana issues i'll see how it works out

As aura Setup i was thinking of discipline + warlords blasph + clarity; not enough space left for hatred, and i dont wanna play without warlords mark.

Lmk what you think about this?
and thanks a lot for your help!

Uhh, should probably work. I really like Warlords Blasphemy as well, it just makes clearing much smoother. Are you gonna run a second BV for PCoC as well? Not like we REALLY need it, but power charges.. why not.

Good luck crafting the dagger. It'll be a beast if you're successful :)

Yeah, many people asked me about Rathpith already. Well, you could. Pretty much the same as with Beast Fur. I just think that it doesn't have enough ES. I prefer a ~500ES shield, possibly with +5% block. One with spelldmg/spellcrit is insanely expensive (if you're not lucky with crafting, atleast) but having a really good ES shield helps so much. If you're going to play HC you probably want to spec into Precise Interception and maybe Command of Steel as well. That's just a insane ES boost.
