I already addressed thus, but I'll say it again. Regardless if T14/T15 were raining from the sky, it is a whopping base 3% XP increase (layout and Pack Size dependent) from what a T9 Gorge is today. That number is worse than even the shitty buff they gave to Glacial Hammer. Worse. You know what number is higher than 3%? Every part of the penalty that was described above. Again, one-sided nerf, zero compromise.
This nullifies the second part of your statement, that they gave us any incentive. There is really no incentive once you get to 95+. Players are efficient by nature, really is no point in forcibly tying one arm behind your back for no reason at all, but that is mainly driven by the cost of rolling maps, not how hard it is. And of course you can't see any problem with it, that was the whole point. You've never experienced it. You have zero clue about what 95+ feels. Yeah, yeah, short attention span, must make alts, what you choose to do with your time and your characters is on you, poor you for never being focused enough to get to the top. My condolences, I'll buy you a bottle of adderall some time.
I have a 100 (finished this in 2.3, current patch), 96, and a 95 currently. I don't know why I needed to provide this, but apparently you asked for it.
And for the last part refer to comments above about experience comparisons. Just 3% apart. Not anywhere close to justify 16.67% (and increasing to 50% by the time you get to Level 99) XP Penalty. So yeah, "I saying." You saying?

Now on to your facts.A level becomes 16% harder.But if by your logic the margin of t9-t15(not even counting t16 which i wouldnt know what gives)is 3% PER MAP then you nullify said penalty and actually benefit more in the long run.Not even to mention they said they rebalance T15's so you again wouldnt know the difference or how it could affect the new results.
So,3% PER MAP vs 16% per level,so you saying?
Edit:saw the chars you made,2 of them?What about the others?They dont matter or they dont exist for you or being relevant?

Are you worried that 2.4.0 level 100s will look down on the 2.3.x and earlier level 100s for getting there when it was easier? The incentive has always been showing everybody how awesome you are, no?

all good changes imo
conflux changes are interesting. its a buff overall to the previous version they had in patch notes, but it also increases the chill cycle to 4s, which in todays meta is kinda funny if you hit it. mobs wont last more than a couple of seconds. imo, very fair.

Unless GGG has data indicating that most players who hit 100 leave the game and.don't come back, I would say that all.of their nerfs to xp and map drops are the opposite of what iasgood for the game. They need to extend the level of content and the character cap upwards.
