Triggered Skill Improvements:
Null's Inclination will not be affected by the Cast on Crit changes and will still trigger all minion spells on kill.
These cooldowns apply per-triggered-skill, rather than applying to the trigger gem itself.

Monster Balance Changes:
The Allies Cannot Die aura and the Allies Deal Substantial Extra Physical Damage auras now first appear at level 12 and 8 respectively.
The Allies Cannot Die aura and the Allies Deal Substantial Extra Physical Damage auras now first appear at level 12 and 8 respectively.

Minor New Features/Content:

Support Gem Balance:
Remote Mine's damage modifier no longer affects damage over time.

Unique Item Balance:
Mjölner: Its chance to cast socketed lightning skills on hit has been increased from 30% to 100%. Use a Divine orb if you want your legacy one to change.

Ascendancy Skill Balance Changes:
Unrelenting now has a 25% chance to gain maximum charges on generating an endurance charge (rather than 100%).While we do want the Juggernaut to be effective at generating endurance charges, this made it far too easy and low-effort. It's still very good.
Shaper of Desolation now grants different Confluxes over a fourteen-second cycle: Chilling Conflux for four seconds, Shocking Conflux for four seconds, Igniting Conflux for four seconds and then all three together for two seconds. Each Conflux means that any damage causes that Status Ailment. Elemental Conflux was too powerful. The new version requires more strategy (and doesn't need a kill to get started).
Inevitable Judgement no longer works against other players.

Other Balance Changes:
Players at very high levels (95 and higher) now incur an additional experience penalty equal to 1 - ( 1 / ( 1 + 0.1 * ( level - 94 ) ) ). For example, a level 96 player receives 16.67% less experience than before.

This stuff just added to the patch notes.

Null's will work as before.
RIP Bladefall Poison mines.
Mjolner proc chance to 100%. Still no word on what the internal cooldown is.
Unrelenting nerfed again (25% chance now instead of 30% to get max charges). THIS IS A NERF.
Shaper of Desolation timing is a little easier to play around.
RIP Inquisitor PVP.

And.....
Another EXP penalty for high level characters to make getting 100 harder.

@GGG - Can you tell us what the exact internal cooldowns for the uniques that trigger spells are so we can plan our builds accordingly? Thanks.

Might as well remove the proc from unrelenting, pointless of having it there to begin with.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

For fuck's sake.

Jesus, the disgusting phobia against people aiming for 100 continues. What, did players want to enjoy "an even harder grind" or some shit? At least they just straight up said it this time, unlike last time with some PR bullshit.

Very happy I didn't get a Supporter Pack this time around.

It's obviously internal cooldown will be at least as high as CoC with 100% chance to proc on hit instead of harder on crit CoC must do at 500ms.

BTW I told you baom it would have internal cooldown

werd. Grim Dawn is cheaper than a supporter pack only thing stopping me is friends here. Not just the nerfs I really dont mind them unless really dumb CoD, or overboard CoC but games do get old.

yay for nulls? Still crappy but apparently some people like it..
Fuck they are serious about keeping players from 100 lol.

If they make it too hard these XP changes will have the opposite effect of what they are trying to achieve.

This is not the way to extend the race to 100. Players that die at 90 to 95 will be discouraged from rerolling and trying to climb the ladder again. Players will have no chance of getting back there to compete so people will not reroll like they used to. We saw some indicators of this last league where numerous players quit after they died in mid 90s. Now players will not reroll if they die in the early 90s.

The grind you guys are pushing to 100 is making it impossible for normal players and not worth the time for elite players.

Who is the XP patch supposed to effect exactly? At this point an XP manifesto would greatly appreciated, because I'm lost like kite in a tornado.

XP change why?

I guess some individuals are very happy now, because it's to easy to get to 100, am i rite?

Unrelenting now has a 25% chance

The only real conclusion I can come to is that there must be some very favorable new layouts in high tier maps which would both be efficient for clear speed as well as XP. (a better Gorge).

This is the only reason I can think of on the XP nerfs. They want people to grind T13/t14s...not lower maps.
