Meet Dexter.

Dexter is careful. Dexter made a lot of small changes in the right direction.
You know Dexter from the following patchnotes:

Glacial Hammer: 6% more damage.
Dominating Blow: 6% more attack damage (not minion damage).

And there is Dee Dee...

Dee Dee likes fire.

So she buffed things a bit:
