Hopefully GGG will read it.
It took me almost 3 years to figure out my own build capable of doing end game contest. I just today tried with it gold T15 core map. NO DEATH!!!! This is first time I was able to do end game map with no death. After 3 years of trying my own build. In two day this build will be death. I's not about do full respec. and go on.... I put lot of effort to make the build be strong in defense and offense. Lot of tweaking. I enjoy it. the only legitamate concern i have with this patch is if im going to rush my atlas in standard with pre 2.0 maps or play the new league to learn to exploit the essences before they get nerfed/legacied in 3 months

" 1.) Not screaming that, just reaffirming it. 2.) I didn't want to run with a build everyone else uses. 3.) CoC was very powerful, to the point of OP, and knew that running the latest build craze with insane combos would surely be nerfed down the road. Why invest my time and energy into something I know would be a waste later. 4.) The racers and 1% got their fun with it, of which I don't have that amount of r/l time to invest. Now it's time to 'face the music' and understand (if you didn't already understand) that online games go through balancing updates, ie: nerfs. 5.) My own build was plenty "capable" and I enjoyed it. I don't measure my success based upon clear speed or pwning everything once the mechanics kick in. I like to earn my victories, not pump DPS like it's some prostitute. " You know, I can understand you to some extent. But on the other hand, would you really play those handful of builds for who-knows-how-long? I don't know how you go about it, but me personally, after playing a build for a couple months, or maybe even weeks, I want something new, or at least something else for the sake diversity. Starting over is part of the game, even if you're not playing hardcore. I mean, if you really don't want to roll out a new killing machine, what is there to say? You just don't want to, and that's it. I think you should roll a new character, though. Don't say building these, and levelling them wasn't fun at all. I know how good it feels to faceroll any content, it's that moment of success that truly matters, I mean the moment you realize your concept works, that's the reward, isn't it? If you chose not to run another build, well, then you're missing out on these moments, I think. C'mon man, chin up, eyes forward, show'em who's boss. " You're not that different from the majority, then, if what you claim is true. Only the minority, who value clear speed above all else, will run with the latest OP build every few months. Nothing wrong with that either, if it's what they enjoy doing. The point is: if you enjoy tweaking your build and playing it for years, then this nerf is just a minor speed bump in that long progression. I can self cast 6x a second a use real wands CoC is 2x cast a second and wastes points on accuracy or cant evade No where near equal when limited to one spell and with speed cap Self cast will be at least 3x more powerful Git R Dun!
